Cleanliness, breakfast, convenient location, helpful staff.

For us it was ideal.

Had a decent stay and enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was also good with a lot of options available. The hotel is situated in a great location close to many restaurants and stores.

The staff was not properly trained. The cleaning staff should have respected the "do not disturb" sign on the door, as they knocked on the door anyways, causing disturbance to my sleep. They also chatted loudly in front of the rooms during the day. The breakfast staff should have given more privacy as they were too close behind us and watching what we were getting to eat. the stay was average but could have been better if the staff was properly trained.

The hotel is situated on a busy avenue, causing a lot of noise pollution throughout the day, making it difficult to sleep or relax. the rooms are small with cramped bathrooms. the cleaning staff often ignores the Do not disturb sign and persistently knock on the doors. Staff members are frequently heard chatting loudly outside. the breakfast is decent, but the staff hovers closely, making it feel intrusive. the hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to various restaurants and shops.

The hotel lacks proper training and does not prioritize its guests' privacy.

This hotel is really great! the rooms are really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding area. the hotel staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, too.

The cleaning staff could use a bit more training on how to respect guests' privacy. Even when I hung the "do not disturb" sign on my door, they still knocked and disturbed me during the day.
